# 问题排查

按症状检查模型、浏览器环境、权限和执行结果。

先记录发生问题的阶段和页面原文，再按对应症状检查。批量操作出现异常时，先用一个目标确认问题和影响范围。

## 反馈问题前准备

1. 在“设置 → 关于”记录客户端版本，以及操作系统和处理器类型。
2. 写清从哪个页面开始、进行了哪些操作、希望看到什么结果。
3. 复制实际错误提示，注明发生时间和对应环境。
4. 检查“设置 → 健康”与任务追踪；附必要的日志或截图。
5. 分享前遮盖密码、API key、双重验证资料、账号标识和个人信息。

## 涉及数据清理时

先确认环境名称、团队和影响范围，关闭相关会话，保留必要备份及账号恢复方式，再阅读确认提示。关闭窗口、清除同步状态、清除本地资料和删除环境各有不同影响。
